Conflicts
- Player to Player
- Dealt with immediately (Make use of Team Leaders)
- Player to Coach
- Find appropriate time to meet with the coach and work through the issue.
- Parent to Coach
- Dealt with in adult-like manner.
- Never before or after match, nor in front of athletes
- Won’t discuss playing time or comparing players
- If a meeting is needed, your daughter and another coach will be at the meeting
Travel Expectations

- Be early (the bus will leave without you if you are late)
- Players should ride the bus to and from games
- Players may ride home from the game with their parents. Notify Coach
- PA coach will always stay until all players are picked up.
