    • Player’s responsibility to communicate with coach is she’s going to be absent. Communicate early.

Conflicts

  1. Player to Player
    • Dealt with immediately (Make use of Team Leaders)
  2. Player to Coach
    • Find appropriate time to meet with the coach and work through the issue.
  3. Parent to Coach
    • Dealt with in adult-like manner.
    • Never before or after match, nor in front of athletes
    • Won’t discuss playing time or comparing players
    • If a meeting is needed, your daughter and another coach will be at the meeting

Travel Expectations

  1. School Image
    • Dealt with immediately (Make use of Team Leaders)
  2. Player to Coach
    • Be early (the bus will leave without you if you are late)
    • Players should ride the bus to and from games
    • Players may ride home from the game with their parents. Notify Coach
  3. PA coach will always stay until all players are picked up.
